How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Reasonabledependent Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Reasonabledependent Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed from the network. Please understand that Reasonabledependent Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@reasonabledependent.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
