Reasonabledependent Heating & Air connects homeowners who have a heating or cooling problem with independent local providers. If you run your own HVAC business, joining the network can put more homeowner calls in front of you. You keep your own brand, your own prices and your own schedule.

This page is not about jobs with Reasonabledependent Heating & Air. We do not hire technicians. It is for contractors who want to take referred calls.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for providers who serve Pasadena and the Pasadena area and who like helping homeowners. Good fits often include:

• AC repair and emergency AC repair providers
• Furnace repair and heating specialists
• Contractors who handle installation and replacement
• Businesses comfortable with older homes, from slab ranches to pier-and-beam houses

Experience with aging ductwork, past patch jobs and hot attics is a real plus.

What We Expect

Homeowners are often stressed when they call. We ask providers in the network to:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require
• Answer calls and requests politely and promptly
• Be honest about availability, without overpromising
• Give clear written quotes before work starts
• Explain findings in plain language
• Treat each home with care

Providers are fully responsible for their own work, pricing and warranties. Reasonabledependent Heating & Air does not perform or supervise any work.
